Not Spoiled...Just well LOVED

I can't believe what a difference a year makes! Christmas last year, we were impatiently waiting for our "big" ultrasound appointment on the 31st and getting lots of duck themed baby items.

This year, getting to experience Christmas as a parent was a joy I cannot articulate. Abi was overwhelmed and excited with all of her gifts. This truly was our best Christmas yet.

Pete, Sue's (Nana) boyfriend made a comment that if this is what Christmas is like when Sean is unemployed and the economy is a mess he wants to see what a normal year will looks like. Thanks in part to my neurosis to Christmas shop early (in October, way before Sean was laid off), and Abi being lavished with gifts from her Grandma and Papa, her Nana, Auntie Heather and family, and Uncle Patrick (Cooney) and Julie, Abi made out!

Before, every one's presents all nicely wrapped:

And out of those, this is all that Abi got...poor girl:

This is Abigail first thing in the morning trying to understand that all the toys are really hers:

Her favorite as of right now is a push or sit lion that we got her, here she is riding along in the family room with her daddy...look how happy she is!

We hoped everyone enjoyed their holiday as much as we enjoyed ours.

Love to all,
Rachel, Sean, and Abigail

Way to go Abi! All of that should hold you until your big birthday in the spring! LOL! Emma has that lion too - its an awesome toy. Once Abi learns to push it around, she and Emma can race eachother or play "bumper lions" or something. ;)
